San Diego Stage & Lighting offers clients a variety of services for any type of special event. We offer conception of design and theme along with execution and management. We will prepare contracts, budgets, research, assist in negotiations, secure vendor quotes, provide drawings, prepare and distribute timelines and cost tracking. Our Special Events division includes diverse events such as Trade Shows, Corporate and Industrial Meetings, Product Launches, Fashion Shows, Society Fund Raisers, Gala Balls, Festivals, Tent Parties, Weddings and Barmitsvas.
With all of the rental equipment available, our clients frequently request a turn-key “design-build” package, where our own staff installs, operates, and/or removes all of the equipment. This is where our Production Department excels! Our Production Coordinators have years of experience in Concert, Corporate, Television, Sporting, Wedding Reception and other types of events.
